Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your order confirmation and/or invoice.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis according to your commitment.
Refund/Cancellations
All cancellations must be received at least 48 business hours before the start of the services ordered. All refunds are subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (admin@qcgardens.org), No refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made when possible. When not possible, refunds will be issued via check and mailed. Please allow two weeks from confirmation of request for processing. Users who cancel will not receive seminar materials.

Our Services may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Queen Creek Botanical Gardens.
Queen Creek Botanical Gardens has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Queen Creek Botanical Gardens shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Forms
