Photography Policy at Queen Creek Botanical Gardens
We welcome guests to take casual, non-posed photographs for personal enjoyment. Visitors are encouraged to capture images of the gardens, plants, and their companions during their visit.
Photography Sessions
Photography sessions require a Photo Pass for all posed photography activities (excluding proposals, bridal, and wedding photo sessions, which must be scheduled through our partner wedding venue).
This includes any scenario where a photographer (whether amateur or professional, using any device, such as cameras or mobile phones) takes a series of staged photographs featuring subjects within the scenic backdrop of the gardens.
- Advance Reservations Required: All photography sessions must be arranged in advance. Walk-in sessions or unscheduled appointments are not allowed.
- Cancellation Policy: A 50% non-refundable scheduling fee will apply to any cancellations.
Photography Session Pricing
- Photo Pass for Posed Sessions:
- $150 plus tax for up to 90-minute session (includes up to 12 participants)
- $10 for each additional participant
- For larger groups, commercial projects, or sessions requiring additional staff support, extra fees may apply.
Important Restrictions
Use of a Queen Creek Botanical Gardens photo pass for proposal, bridal, or wedding photography is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to deny entry or ask any guest to leave—without refund—if they are conducting or attempting to conduct a proposal, bridal, or wedding session without a confirmed booking through our partner wedding venue.
Commercial photography and videography are not permitted on the grounds without prior approval and additional fees. Any content captured on-site may not be used for commercial purposes without explicit authorization.
