Photography Policy at Queen Creek Botanical Gardens
We welcome guests to take casual, non-posed photographs for personal enjoyment. Visitors are encouraged to capture images of the gardens, plants, and their companions during their visit.
Photography Sessions
Photography sessions require a Photo Pass for all posed photography activities (excluding proposals, bridal, and wedding photo sessions, which must be scheduled through our partner wedding venue).
This includes any scenario where a photographer (whether amateur or professional, using any device, such as cameras or mobile phones) takes a series of staged photographs featuring subjects within the scenic backdrop of the gardens.
- Advance Reservations Required: All photography sessions must be arranged in advance. Walk-in sessions or unscheduled appointments are not allowed.
- Cancellation Policy: A 50% non-refundable scheduling fee will apply to any cancellations.
Important Restrictions
- Use of a Queen Creek Botanical Gardens photo pass for proposal, bridal, or wedding photography is strictly prohibited.
- Guests conducting these sessions without a confirmed booking through our partner wedding venue may be asked to leave without refund.
- Commercial photography or videography is not permitted without prior approval and written authorization.
